She has those dark brown eyes that I find so cute!! She was such a happy little baby, and even was a fan of my burping! haha. I dont know what I found the cutest, her big belly laughs, her big brown eyes, or all her sweet rolls. heehee.

I woke up.....27

Do you remember when you were a young teenager? That 18 seemed SOOOOOOO far away... 18 marked the beginning of a new life for you.... you would be your own person, you wouldnt have to listen to anyone! Your independence was yours for the taking.... well that day came and went and BOOM you woke up 27.

Yesterday was my birthday.... I woke up 27. I cant believe how fast those years came and went. It makes me realize just how short this life is.... how fast years seem to slip by. Dont spend your life waiting for a day, or longing for something in the future. Enjoy the right now. I'm determined to enjoy mine... we are not gauranteed tomorrow.

8 weeks

My little princess was 8 weeks old on monday! I cannot believe it! She is starting to coo... and gives the biggest smiles :) I just love her. I managed to capture some daddy time today...... and a few of her alone to mark her 2 month pics.

*The Sand Castle*

Home sweet home...

We are finally back home! It was a lovely vacation.... the kids had a blast & Addi was such a good girl. I must say I'm happy to be back home though.. theres nothing quite like your own home. I have some unpacking to do tomorrow... but I cant wait to call up some buddies I havent talked with in a week and hang around my house.

We have been busy doing all kinds of things & I'm exhausted now ! lol.. Here are a few from last night...

Red & pink

This lighting really brings out Addisons red hair..... My mom said she was going to have red hair & I said "oh no shes not" But , yep... she did. Its all to blame on my mother, haha ( who has red hair) She has been tickled ever since the moment Addison was born... and calls daily just to make sure "Is her hair still red?"

Making memories

I've always loved our vacations at OBX. We always have fun.... and I hope our children will remember these moments as some of the best of their lives.

This is Addison's first trip to the beach. She has been so good....

I finally got a chance to go out & take some pictures today.... The first two days here were cloudy & rainy. It was so nice to finally see Mr Golden sun today!
