All 29 weeks of me.

I only have 11 more weeks until our little lady arrives! I talked my hubby into taking these for me tonight, and he doesnt care too much for taking pictures. Didnt he do a great job??? I may have an assistant on my hands??? hmmmm

My cowboy

Last week we registered Trey for Kindergarten. I know every mom says this, but I cannot believe he'll be starting school. It seems like yesterday he was born. He did great on his assessment. One of the things he had to do was draw a picture of himself and label his arms, legs etc.. He drew himself as a cowboy, chaps and all! When asked what are shoes for? " You wear them, but I only wear cowboy boots" LOL He's cowboy to the bone!! I'm so proud of him, and I'm going to miss him terribly come fall. He has been a joy.

Valentine's day isn't about candy, flowers or stuffed animals. It isn't just for couples........ All of us have someone in our lives that we love..... whether it be a mom, dad, child or friend. Lets take today to acknowledge those that play an important part in our lives throughout the year. We should say ~I love you~ everyday, not just on valentines day. I pray every person reading this has a wonderful day, and may you feel loved all year long.

We all know that Kaileys heart belongs to her daddy......... & Trey.... is My little boy. I love to hear him say "Ok sweet mama". Hes my lil man!!!

Yes! My daughter still rides stick horses. I guess she knows this is the closest to a horse she will have. I love the innocence she still has....... and her wonderful imagination that takes her on adventures one could only dream. Who doesn't dream of riding through a beautiful field on a warm sunny day on your beloved palomino?

I'm currently working on my prices. I will soon be running a portfolio building special. If you like my style & have been wanting a session then be sure to take advantage of this special while it lasts. My prices will be set, and then a discount offered WITH a signed model release of your images for my website I will be building. This means your images could be on the Internet & your signing for my ability to do so. Be checking back often b/c I'm currently reworking everything for this special. I had intended to do this after the baby arrives...... but have had inquiries about sessions.... so decided to start figuring this all out now. Back to my style....... natural outdoor setting of your choice (within reason of Madison va) There are certain times of day where the light is most flattering for my subjects, and shoot during those times. I do not have a studio, backdrops etc. If you would rather have this type of setup , then I'm not the photographer for you. I'd be happy to refer you elsewhere.
