Cant believe how fast it flew
On the 25th of May
the world welcomed you.
After 9 months of waiting,
To see who you were,
There was a sudden burst of joy
Yep, “it’s a girl”
Daddy was filled with pride,
And I shed a tear,
Both grandmas celebrating,
You were finally here!
You took your first breaths,
And I let out a sigh,
Just so very thankful,
Everything was alright.
The joy I felt that night
It Has yet to cease,
For My world changed,
When I met you, Addison Reese.
Its been a blessing
Just to watch you grow
Your eyes full of wonder,
So many things you yet don’t know.
A year has gone by now
Cant believe how fast it flew,
